Introscope Browser Response Time Adapter (BRTA) provides end-to-end monitoring without the issues presented by traditional client-side agents. It provides component-level transactional visibility from the browser to back-end systems, yet requires no hardware, no code changes, no scripting, no SSL keys, and has zero security risk. BRTA allows you to automatically monitor end-to-end browser response time, accurately determine whether performance issues are located in the application or the network, and effectively collaborate with network administrators. It enables IT teams to speed problem resolution and improve service delivery.
BRTA lets you segment response time metrics geographically by IP addresses, and functionally by application URLs, so you can understand where performance problems are occurring. BRTA’s Response Time Benchmark (RTB) feature continuously monitors geographically segmented response times for up to a thousand client machines with near-zero network overhead. With RTB, you can proactively benchmark network performance, detect problems before they affect customers, and predict impending SLA violations.
